If you are an InverWeb user out of Mexico and you’ve lost your e-Llave, You must carry out the following steps:
1. Fill out and print the Comision Mercantil Letter format
2. Sign out the Comisión Mercantil letter format in original and forward it to your representative in Mexico.
3. He/She must go to any Scotiabank Mexico´s Branch along with the next documents:

Copy of an official ID of the InverWeb Account Holder
