To subscribe, You need to visit any Scotiabank branch and present:

·         Valid Identification with photography and signature

·         Proof of residence

·         In case of being underage, go with an adult and his valid ID

·         In case of a foreigner present original and copy of passport and FM2 form

To request additional cards, visit any of our branches, and present:

·         Valid  ID

·         Third party ID

The card may be personalized.

Remember that only the account holder can do this procedure and that the expenses will be discounted from the holder’s account.
